We offer a Letting Only Service and a Fully Managed Service from just 8% per month. We have various different Services to suit everyone. As we are a small firm, we charge NO VAT.
Our fees are competitive and may be open to negotiation dependant on the level of service required. We are particulary committed to investment landlords and savings can be made on the smallest of portfolios.
We cover the following areas : Anlaby, Willerby, Hull, Hessle, East Hull, Brough, South Cave, Beverley, Kingswood.
We are open 7 days a week, Monday to Saturday 9am - 7pm and Sunday 10 am to 2pm. We offer flexible viewings arrangements.
